The Jeju Aerospace Museum (JAM) is located in the southwest corner of Jeju. According to the, “JAM is the biggest space-science museum in Asia”.

A lot of people came to JAM. A visitor, Sunae Jang, said, “I came here from Seoul because I want to show my kids about space and airplanes. Also, it relates with the science and it will help my childrens’ study.”

Because the children’s parents thought that JAM will help them build interest in science, a lot of children toured JAM. One of the children, Yujin Choi said, “I love the astronomy part on the 2nd floor. It has the beautiful stars and I learned about how people explore the planets.” And her friend, Gun Yun said, “My favorite part is the planetarium on the 2nd floor. Inside there, I saw the stars and history about the Bigbang.”

Yunwoo Na and Jino Yun, two other children loved their model airplane kits.

Boran Lee, a JAM employee, said, “My favorite part in JAM is Orion. Orion is the name of a 3D simulator. Since my job is to collect and check the tickets of 5D cinema, I also like the 5D too.

JAM’s director, Sungmu Kang answered, “I like the facilities in the room named how things fly.” He continued, “In 2008, Korean Air Force and The JDC collaborated to build this museum. In 2010, JDC started to build this museum and finished in 2011. It opened on April, 2014.”

Jeju Aerospace Museum is a good place for everyone. Adults can see some amazing planes and jets, and children can learn about the space. This should help students bolster their science grades.
